Businesses
You can request business assistance via our ticketing system and we will refer your request to our Business Support Team.

How it works
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system.

Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.

Please create a new ticket per issue/request instead of replying to a previously created ticket. This way we can ensure that your ticket(s) will be handled correctly. 

For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

SLA
This Helpdesk is a NXT Community effort, so at this time, our service is "best effort". Please be aware that our agents are unpaid volunteers that help you because they are long time NXT users who want to help you because they love our platform.
